Experience
Owner, Devin Condon, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pennsylvania College of Technology with Bachelor's Degree in Residential Construction Technologies and Management, as well as an Associates Degree in Residential Trade Skills.
Directly out of school he owned a remodel company for 5 years in Pennsylvania, which was ranked among the top 10 remodel companies in Northwest PA.
From there Devin worked as a Site Superintendent for two different production home builders in the Hampton Roads area for 4 years. In those 4 years he successfully managed and built more than 120+ homes, on time and on budget, turning out the highest quantity of homes with the highest customer marks on the team.
After that, Devin decided to return to his passion in custom building and opened Pinnacle Homes LLC, where we have been creating satisfied customers ever since.
